Abiding Hearts is an organization for women who are continuing a pregnancy after a diagnosis of a fatal or short-life-expectancy birth defect. Their goal is to support parents as they make decisions regarding the birth of their child, funeral or memorial preperations, or how to spend whatever time they will have with their child. They also try to work with hospitals and patient-right advocates to make sure the families are treated with respect and dignity, as well as to educated care-givers as to the special needs of these families.

The mailing address for Abiding Hearts is P.O. box 5245 Bozeman, Montana 59717 (406)587-7421 or (205)595-1503.

Parents who have interrupted a pregnancy after prenatal diagnosis can visit A Heartbreaking Choice, a new web site with articles and resources for parents who have been in this unfortunate situation.

ONNA is a mailing list for women who are dealing with the frustration of trying to get pregnant, but not yet succeeding. It is not necessarily an infertility list, since it is open both to those who have been diagnosed as having fertility problems, and those who are feeling the frustration of not being pregnant, but haven't actually been trying for long enough to be considered infertile.
