Hamns once got to choose how they would die.Crow and Crab demonstrated the alternatives. Crab's way of dying was to shed her hard shell, then crawl in her burrow until her new shell hardened. When Crab reemerged, Crow complained that Crab's way of dying was too slow. "This is how you die," said Crow and he immediately fell over backwards. Crab attempted to revive him, but he was dead. Humans selected Crow's demise over Crab's rebith. Only the first ancestors know what they were thinking!
